Cancellation Policy

DEPOSITS A $30 non-refundable deposit must be sent in order to reserve your spot. (Only Squeeze Ins, Anime Lash Design Sets and, Model Sets Require a $50 non-refundable deposit) Payments are accepted via Cashapp: Lashesxmarria Venmo: Marriamtz Applepay: (512)653-7621 FILLS Fills must be scheduled every 2 weeks and 50% Full, Extended fills (2.5 weeks) must be 40% Full, 3rd week mark and after will be considered a Full Set. Mini Fills must be booked within 6 days of your previous service. FOREIGN FILLS Foreign Fills are accepted under the specified criteria. Lashes must be full at 50% or more, Properly Isolated and Healthy. If you are unsure about the condition of your lashes, you may text or email a clear photo prior to your appointment for assessment. (Note: All Foreign Fills Incur An Automatic $20 Surcharge) ​​ RESCHEDULING Rescheduling must be made 48hrs prior to your appointment in order for your deposit to be transferred to your new appointment. If made less than 48hrs your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be needed. Same-day Reschedules will be charged 70% of the scheduled service before rebooking is allowed. Rescheduled appointments are only allowed once per month. A second reschedule requires a new deposit. ​​​ CANCELATIONS All cancellations require at least a 48hr notice, any less will be added a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations will be charged 70% of the scheduled service before rebooking is allowed. No call/ No shows will be charged 100% of service. ​ LATE POLICY There will be a 10 minute grace period, once reached 10 minutes will be charged a late fee or be subject to cancellation of your appointment. ​ EXTRA INFO There will be no extra guests as there are no extra seats. Same-Day and Squeeze-In appointments have a $45 add on fee. ​ ALL POLICIES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED. BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT YOU AGREE TO HAVE READ AND AGREED TO ALL LASHESXMARRIA BOOKING POLICES.
