Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions for Lash Training Course 1. Course Enrollment 1.1. By enrolling in our lash training course, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1.2. Enrollment is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a deposit, as specified during the booking process. 2. Payment Terms 2.1. The full course fee or deposit must be paid at the time of booking to secure your spot.
2.2. The remaining balance of $850 is due 1 day (24 hours) prior to the start of the course.
2.3. Payment methods accepted include Cash, CashApp, Venmo, or Credit Card.
2.4. All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling 3.1. Cancellations/Rescheduling must be made 48 hours before the course start date. Failure to do so will incur a $50 Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee.
3.2. If the instructor cancels the course for any reason, a full refund or the option to reschedule will be offered.
3.3. No refunds will be provided for no-shows. 4. Course Requirements 4.1. Students must be at least 16 years old to enroll.
4.2. Students must arrive on time and be present for the entire duration of the course to receive a certificate of completion. 5. Health and Safety 5.1. LASHESXMARRIA is not liable for any injuries or health issues that occur during the course. 6. Intellectual Property 6.1. All course materials provided by LASHESXMARRIA are the intellectual property of LUNAR LASH LLC and are for the personal use of the student only.
6.2. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any course materials without written permission from LASHESXMARRIA. 7. Liability 7.1. LASHESXMARRIA is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during the course.
7.2. By enrolling in the course, students agree to release LUNAR LASH LLC from any liability related to their participation in the course. 8. Code of Conduct 8.1. Students are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times.
8.2. LASHESXMARRIA reserves the right to remove any student from the course who exhibits disruptive or inappropriate behavior, without a refund. 9. Agreement 9.1. By booking a course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
