Cancellation Policy

DEPOSITS A $30 non-refundable deposit must be sent in order to reserve your spot. It will be deducted from your total cost of service. (Only Squeeze Ins, Tailored Lash Design Sets and, Model Sets Require a $50 non-refundable deposit) Payments are accepted via Cashapp: Marriamtz Venmo: Marriamtz Applepay: (512)653-7621 FILLS Fills must be scheduled every 2 weeks and 50% Full, anything on and after the 3rd week mark will be considered a Full Set.  Mini Fills MUST be booked within 6 days of your previous service.  FOREIGN FILLS Foreign Fills are accepted under the specified criteria. Lashes must be full at 50% or more, Properly Isolated and Healthy.  If you are unsure about the condition of your lashes, you may text or email a clear photo prior to your appointment for assessment.  (Note: All Foreign Fills Incur An Automatic $20 Surcharge) CANCELATIONS/ RESCHEDULING Cancelation/rescheduling must be made 48hrs prior to your appointment. If made less than 48hrs your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be needed. Rescheduled appointments are only allowed once. If you reschedule a second time a new deposit will be required. LATE POLICY There will be a 10 minute grace period, once reached 10 minutes will be charged a late fee or be subject to cancellation of your appointment. No call/ No shows will be charged 100% of service before being allowed to book again. EXTRA INFO There will be no extra guests as there are no extra seats.  Same-day and squeeze in appointments have a $45 add on fee. MODEL SETS The lash artist has full creative and professional control over the lash style, length, curl, and mapping. Model sets are for training, or content creation purposes. Models may not request specific lash styles, lengths, or designs. The look will be chosen by the artist to meet personal creative objectives. ARRIVAL Use restroom beforehand and limit caffeine intake. Please Text Upon your arrival. Clients may wear makeup; however, NO eye makeup is allowed. ALL POLICIES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED. BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT YOU AGREE TO HAVE READ AND AGREED TO ALL LASHESXMARRIA BOOKING POLICES.
